After the SPONSER creates the Deal, you'll have a specified time to deposit the underlying tokens of the Deal. This time is determined by Holder Funding Period,

Once the Underlying tokens of the Deal are deposited, and the Holder Funding period has passed, SPONSERs will be able to join/accept the Deal with their Pool Tokens
